  • Jill is available for personal training at the location of your choice (South Hills area) anytime, or at Erin’s home during the spring/summer months.

These sessions offer personalized coaching in a supportive, encouraging environment, whether your goal is to learn the basics, get stronger, or simply enjoy moving together.

One Time Macro Calculation

  • This option is for women who want clear, personalized nutrition targets—without ongoing coaching.
  • We calculate your daily calorie and macronutrient needs (protein, carbohydrates, and fats) based on your body, your lifestyle, and your goals, with special consideration for midlife factors like hormonal changes, muscle preservation, metabolism, and recovery.
  • This is not a generic calculator or an app-generated number. It’s a thoughtful, coach-reviewed breakdown designed to support strength, energy, and long-term health.
  • What’s included:
  • Personalized daily caloric target
  • Protein, carbohydrate, and fat ranges tailored to your goals
  • Adjustments for activity level, training style, and recovery needs
  • Midlife-specific considerations (muscle retention, blood sugar support, satiety, sustainability)
  • How it works:
  • You’ll complete a short intake form covering your goals, training, lifestyle, and nutrition history.
  • Within 3–5 business days, you’ll receive your custom macro breakdown delivered via email.
