Who are the founders of Midlife Made Well?
The founders of Midlife Made Well are Erin Weber and Jill Keffel, two lifelong friends who share a passion for health and wellness. They understand the challenges of midlife and are committed to helping others navigate their fitness journeys with empathy and expertise.

We offer a range of services including personalized online fitness and/or nutrition coaching, mindset and lifestyle skills, optional in-person personal training add ons, and work/travel programming options.

What is your approach to fitness and nutrition coaching?
Our approach to both fitness and nutrition coaching is holistic and personalized. We focus on creating sustainable eating habits that fit your lifestyle, emphasizing protein rich meals, whole foods and an overall balanced approach to support your health and wellness goals effectively. Our strength programs are personalized to the individual client and focus on resistance training to maximize, build, and maintain muscle for a fully functional and healthy midlife and beyond.
Do you provide online coaching options?
Yes, we primarily offer online coaching options that accommodate your personal schedule and preferences. This online programming is designed to provide the same level of support and guidance as in-person coaching. We also offer optional in-person personal training as an add on or on its own. Need some nutrition help or fitness programming for work travel or a vacation? We got you! We offer this work/travel programming as an optional add on as well.
